This patient is 1 month recovered from a closed "scarless" rhinoplasty with Dr. Gadaleta. The patient originally presented with the goal of removing her dorsal hump. On exam, Dr. Gadaleta noted a severely deviated septum. The surgery included a septoplasty to straighten the septum. The patient is thrilled with her aesthetic results, as well as her new and improved breathing!
