62 year old female who had prior nasal surgery and silicone injections into her nose. She was bothered by the decreased projection and “upturned” appearance of her nostrils. We performed an augmentation rhinoplasty using autologous rib and diced cartilage fascia to increase her dorsal height, tip projection and decrease tip rotation.
