Revision Rhinoplasty
45 year old male who had two prior nasal surgeries which damaged the support structure of the nose. He subsequently suffered blunt trauma to the nose leading to a “saddle nose deformity”. Autologous rib and temporalis fascia were used to reconstruct his nasal bridge and support his nasal tip.
