76 yo woman who had a prior rhinoplasty 30 years ago. She had a fall and fractured her nasal bones. She also has a history of Moh’s surgery of the left nasal sidewall. Her nose was reconstructed during a revision rhinoplasty with cadaveric rib, autologous ear cartilage and temporalis fascia.
