This patient was bothered by her lower face and neck laxity. She had tried Ulthera in the past with limited success. She underwent conservative fat transfer, our signature extended-release deep plane face and neck lift and light CO2 resurfacing. At three months recovered, she looks more youthful, refreshed, but most importantly, like herself.
