This 58 year old female was finding that non-surgical treatments were no longer delivering the results she was looking for. She was bothered by her lower face and neck laxity. She is now 3 months recovered from a deep plane facelift. At the time of surgery, a chin implant was also placed to strengthen and elongate her jawline in order to create a more elegant balance to her profile.
