Blepharoplasty Gallery Patient 288370
This patient was bothered by her lower lid skin excess. She wanted a conservative and natural improvement. She underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty to remove her excess skin. She was also noted to have some laxity of her lower lids, which could worsen with age and lead to issues with dry eye. This was also addressed during her surgery with a canthopexy or lid tightening technique. This will further support the lower lids and they continue to age in the coming decades of life.
